Q: Why Low Pressure?

A: Low pressure burners allow for greater control of the flame, and are often reported as producing a superior burn than high pressure stoves of a similar or higher BTU rating. The free-flow jets are low maintenance, resist sand, grit and dirt build up, and are quieter to use and easier to clean.
