DiscoverAus NatMap Raster is a first for outdoor navigation, giving Triton users access to Geoscience Australia's popular NATMAP Raster 1:250 000 scale topographic maps.

Unlike other digital (vector) maps, DiscoverAus NatMap Raster uses the raster format (similar to a scanned image) to give users the look and feel of a paper map right on their handheld.

DiscoverAus NatMap Raster are exact digital copies of Geoscience Australia's NATMAP topographic maps. They cover the whole of Australia at 1:250 000 scale, and are current to 2006.
