We use Australia Post, TNT Road Express for Domestic Australia and FedEx Express  for International Orders.

Customers will need to provide a Physical Daytime Delivery Address and contact phone number including area code. We cannot send to PO Box numbers.

Freight charges are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the total weight of goods you have purchased and your location. The total freight costs are listed for you during the checkout process before the order is finalized and processed.

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund.

International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. Great Outdoors Direct will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

Please feel free to email us details of the products you require prior to ordering for a quoted freight amount or to request a quote for special shipping such as International Courier including insurance. We are happy to accommodate such requests.

International Orders - Additional Identification
Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to Great Outdoors Direct may affect estimated delivery times. Great Outdoors Direct reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

 
 Delivery Times
If a product is in stock, Great Outdoors Direct will dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. If a product is not in stock despatch times may differ on various products. Estimated turnaround depends on the supplier's performance and reliability. If you select a number of products and one of them cannot be posted until later than the others, we use our discression to part ship at no extra cost to our customers.
Once we have despatched from our warehouse, we estimate the following delivery times in business working days:

WA (metro) 2-3 days
WA (country/regional) 3-5 days
VIC 5-7 days
NSW 5-7 days
QLD 7 days
SA 5-7 days
NT 7 days
TAS 5-7 days

Great Outdoors Direct uses TNT as their delivery partner Australia wide.

Delivery Terms and Conditions
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Great Outdoors Direct if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.

As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business and home addresses between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
